Jason Gervais, B.Sc, EPC, RRSP, CHS

President, Founder & Financial Advisor

Jason Gervais is the Founder and President of Timmins Financial, where he leads the firm’s vision for personalized financial planning and multi-generational wealth management. With over 24 years in the financial services industry, Jason began his career at London Life as a second-generation advisor and has since built a reputation for helping self-made entrepreneurs achieve even greater financial success. A former professional athlete and Canadian Olympian, Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Wyoming. His credentials include Elder Planning Counselor (EPC), Registered Retirement Analyst (RRA), and Certified Health Specialist (CHS). His excellence in service earned him recognition as one of the top ten advisors in Canada by Financial Horizons. When not guiding clients through life’s financial decisions, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, hosting throwing clinics, and speaking at local schools to inspire the next generation. He specializes in advanced planning for business owners, succession strategies, and high-net-worth solutions. Clients trust him for his clarity, calm presence, and ability to bring direction during pivotal transitions.

Shelby Madden, B.Sc, CIFC

Vice President, Client Relations & Financial Advisor

Shelby Madden serves as Vice President of Client Relations and Financial Advisor at Timmins Financial, where she helps individuals, families, and business owners navigate financial decisions with clarity and confidence. She specializes in personalized financial planning, retirement strategies, and wealth management. Shelby has over nine years of industry experience, starting her career at TD Bank and now leading client experience strategy at the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Utah Tech, Life License Qualification Program (LLQP), and Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC). She is currently pursuing her Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. A former NCAA golfer, Shelby brings discipline, focus, and resilience to her work, qualities she developed through elite athletics. Outside of work, she enjoys golf, travel, spending time with Brian and her mini golden doodle, Ollie. She specializes in advanced planning for business owners, succession strategies, and high-net-worth solutions. Clients trust her for her clarity, calm presence, and ability to bring direction during pivotal transitions.

Born and raised in Timmins, David is deeply embedded in the community through his family’s local legacy and contributions to sports and charitable initiatives. David works closely with multi-generational families, established business leaders, and anyone seeking long-term guidance from someone who truly understands the local landscape.

Debbie Browne

Chief Operating Officer

Debbie Browne brings over two decades of leadership to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Timmins Financial. She began her financial services career in 2004, holding executive positions at Sun Life and London Life before joining Timmins Financial in 2019. Debbie plays a critical role in driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and team cohesion. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Timmins & District Hospital and is an active community leader. Away from the office, Debbie enjoys exploring Northern Ontario with her husband, Jim, as they embrace the outdoors, discovering new places, and staying connected to nature.

Katerina Antipas, IR, LLQP

Administrative Coordinator

With over 10 years of experience in financial services, Katerina Antipas supports both client services and administrative operations at Timmins Financial. She ensures seamless file coordination and contributes to maintaining the firm’s high standard of personalized service. Katerina studied Business Administration at Georgian College and Laurentian University. Her strengths lie in process optimization, attention to detail, and delivering a supportive and organized client experience. In her spare time, Katerina enjoys the outdoors with her husband and their dog, Coco, always seeking new trails and adventures.

Audrey Grant, LLQP

Administrative Coordinator

Audrey Grant transitioned to financial services after a distinguished nursing career in hospitals across Ontario. She now supports day-to-day operations at Timmins Financial, using her medical background to offer unique insights into insurance and client care particularly in health-focused planning. Audrey is LLQP licensed and brings three years of financial experience to her administrative role. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, she supports the advisory team and clients with professionalism and compassion. Outside of work, Audrey is a violinist with the Timmins Symphony Orchestra and volunteers with the Canadian Ski Patrol. She enjoys canoeing, community events, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Tanisha holds her IFIC license and is actively pursuing both her LLQP and Canadian Securities Course (CSC). She is valued for her adaptability, positivity, and genuine passion for helping others achieve financial wellness. Having moved to Timmins from the city 10 years ago, Tanisha enjoys camping and spending time outdoors with her toddler and beloved dog, Zoey.
